Bre's Blissful Tea Bath
Bre's Blissful Tea Bath is a handcrafted, organic blend of aromatic delight deisgned to put your mind & body at ease like only a true spa day can. With life being so busy, we can't all make it to a Japanese Tea Bath, however, this blend allows you to have the same experience without leaving the house. This blend empowers you to recenter yourself in away that not only relaxes you but leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvinated. You can choose between 2 different epsom salt blends; Relax (with lavender) or Breathe better (with eucalyptus)

Ingredients
Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Rose petals (Rosa rubiginosa),German Chamomile (M. recutita), Star Anise (Illicium verum) as well as bath salts.
Directions
Bring 16 oz of water to a boil and allow tea to steep for at least 7 minutes before adding it to your bath. (You can leave the bag in while you bathe, we wjust want to ensure the herbs are activated by the boiling water beforehand.)
Bath time is YOUR time so make sure you enjoy it! Put on some music, take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to let go and just be. YOU DESERVE IT!

Bre's Blissful OrganicTea Bath Blend is charged with Carnelian crystals which promote cheerfulness as well as alleviate stress. They are also charged with Rose Quartz to remind you to love yourself exactly where you are in this moment, you are worthy and you owe it to yourself to remember that sometimes. Using these crystals to charge the herbs really enhances that "feel good" feeling we love so much. Charging the herbs with crystals before and after they are bagged allows us to ensure a handcrafted blend that's good for the mind, body and soul.
